Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, flour, salt, pepper, cumin, and parsley.
- Mix well until combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the mixture and shape it into small fritters.
- Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.

- For extra flavor, you can add garlic or chili powder.
- Ensure the oil is hot before adding the fritters to avoid sogginess.
