Description
A classic potato salad for summer picnics.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
- Cool and peel the potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and pickles.
- Add potatoes to the mixture and stir gently.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- Use waxy potatoes for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Add hard-boiled eggs for extra flavor.
