Description
A classic potato salad recipe that is simple and tasty.

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped pickles
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onions, and pickles.
- Add the potato cubes to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add more mustard.
- Use fresh herbs for added taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
