Ingrédients

  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  5. Add bok choy, mushrooms, and carrots. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and green onions.
  7. Serve hot.
