Description
A hearty and flavorful potsticker soup with tender dumplings and fresh vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 1 package potstickers (about 20 pieces)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Add bok choy, mushrooms, and carrots. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- Use frozen potstickers for convenience.
