Ingrédients

  • Prosecco – 1 bottle
  • Fruit juice (orange, peach, or cranberry) – 1 cup
  • Fresh fruit (berries or citrus) – 1 cup
  • Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Club soda – 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Chill the prosecco in the refrigerator.
  2. In a pitcher, combine fruit juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add fresh fruit and mint leaves to the pitcher.
  4. Pour in the chilled prosecco and club soda. Stir gently.
  5. Serve in glasses over ice.
