Description
Refreshing cocktails made with prosecco.
Ingrédients
- Prosecco – 1 bottle
- Fruit juice (orange, peach, or cranberry) – 1 cup
- Fresh fruit (berries or citrus) – 1 cup
- Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Club soda – 1 cup
Instructions
- Chill the prosecco in the refrigerator.
- In a pitcher, combine fruit juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add fresh fruit and mint leaves to the pitcher.
- Pour in the chilled prosecco and club soda. Stir gently.
- Serve in glasses over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Experiment with different fruit juices.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves for presentation.
