- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
- Add cilantro and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
