Description

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
  5. Cover with foil and roast for 3 hours.
  6. Remove foil and roast for an additional hour until golden brown.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
