Ingrédients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 ounces prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add prosciutto and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add pumpkin puree, cream, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir until heated through and combined.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Serve topped with crispy prosciutto and Parmesan cheese.
