Creamy pumpkin Alfredo pasta topped with crispy prosciutto.
Ingrédients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add prosciutto and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add pumpkin puree, cream, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until heated through and combined.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve topped with crispy prosciutto and Parmesan cheese.

- Use fresh pasta for a better texture.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can substitute prosciutto with bacon if desired.
