A delicious blend of pumpkin cheesecake and brownie in a pie form.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, cocoa powder, remaining sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the brownie mix.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a pie dish.
- Spoon the pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
