Delicious brownies with a pumpkin cheesecake swirl.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; then mix into the wet ingredients.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and mix well.
- Spread half the brownie batter in a greased pan.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Adjust pumpkin spice to taste.
