Ingrédients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; then mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and mix well.
  6. Spread half the brownie batter in a greased pan.
  7. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
