Delicious pumpkin coffee cake perfect for fall.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
