Description
A classic pumpkin roll recipe with cream cheese filling.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
- Spread the batter onto a greased parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- While baking, prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter.
- Once baked, roll the cake in a towel and let it cool.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and roll it back up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Ensure the cake is completely cool before adding the filling.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
