A delightful twist on classic tiramisu with pumpkin spice flavors.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spice.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee briefly and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top.
- Spread the remaining pumpkin mixture over the second layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use homemade pumpkin puree for better flavor.
- Can substitute ladyfingers with sponge cake.
