Ingrédients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in coffee briefly and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top.
  7. Spread the remaining pumpkin mixture over the second layer.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

  • Use homemade pumpkin puree for better flavor.
