Description
A creamy and spicy queso blanco dip made with chorizo.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz queso blanco cheese
- 4 oz chorizo sausage
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and jalapeño to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
- Reduce heat and stir in queso blanco and milk.
- Mix until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir well.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
- Use a double boiler for smoother melting of cheese.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
