- 1 cup uncooked rice

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese

- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, top with cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
