Description

Raspberry chocolate chunk ice cream is a refreshing treat that combines tart raspberries with rich chocolate.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries in a blender and strain to remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add raspberry puree to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. In the last few minutes of churning, add chocolate chunks.
  7. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
