  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  7. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
  8. Add a spoonful of raspberry puree on top of each cupcake.
  9. Use a toothpick to swirl the puree into the batter.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before serving.
