Delicious raspberry swirl cupcakes with a fruity flavor.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Fold in raspberry puree.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Swirl in additional raspberry puree on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries for puree.
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Frost with vanilla or cream cheese frosting if desired.
