Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in milk and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  7. Fold in raspberry puree.
  8. Pour batter into cupcake liners.
  9. Swirl in additional raspberry puree on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Let cool before serving.

  • Use fresh or frozen raspberries for puree.
