Description

- 250g ravioli
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150g asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked ravioli and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
- Feel free to add grated cheese on top if desired.
