Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon red food coloring

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring to the butter mixture.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin.
- Mix cream cheese until smooth, then add a small dollop on top of each brownie bite.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with powdered sugar.
- Adjust the food coloring for desired color intensity.
