Delicious red velvet cake balls coated in chocolate.
Ingrédients

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cake in a large bowl.
- Mix in cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and chill for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cake ball in melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Add sprinkles for decoration.
