A rich and creamy red velvet cheesecake with a velvety texture and a hint of cocoa.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to the mixture.
- Stir in the red food coloring and melted butter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with chocolate shavings or berries.
