Ingrédients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to the mixture.
  5. Stir in the red food coloring and melted butter.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
