Ingrédients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for the frosting.
- Spread frosting on cooled cookies.
