Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- In another bowl, mix oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Top with cream cheese frosting for best flavor.
- Use gel food coloring for a brighter red.
