Description
Delicious truffles made with Reese’s peanut butter and Oreo cookies.
Ingrédients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (15.35 oz)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add crushed Oreos to the mixture and blend well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle in chocolate and place on wax paper.
- Let them set at room temperature until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Add crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
