Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and hot sauce for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the reuben balls hot with the spicy dipping sauce.
