- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Rub the ribeye roast with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 450°F.
- Reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and cook until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

- Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking.
