Ingrédients

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, ground beef, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add breadcrumbs and mix until fully combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer shelf life.
