A quick and simple recipe for peach cobbler.

- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peaches with half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.
- Pour melted butter into a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the butter, do not stir.
- Add peaches on top of the batter.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Adjust sugar based on peach sweetness.
