Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Line a baking dish with a layer of Ritz crackers.
- Spread a layer of salted caramel over the crackers.
- Top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle additional salted caramel before serving.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought salted caramel.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Can be made a day in advance for best results.
