Description

A sweet and salty dessert made with Ritz crackers, chocolate, and toffee.


Ingrédients

  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour the mixture over the Ritz crackers, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  9. Let the chocolate melt, then spread it evenly over the toffee.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  11. Let cool completely before cutting into pieces.
