Delicious roast beef sliders perfect for parties or a quick meal.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
- Spread the sauce mixture on the cut sides of the buns.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the buns.
- Place the top half of the buns over the beef and cheese.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of horseradish according to your taste.
- These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
- Try adding sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
