Ingrédients

  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture on the cut sides of the buns.
  5. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the buns.
  6. Place the top half of the buns over the beef and cheese.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm.
