Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
