Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and cook for an additional 5 minutes if necessary.
- Serve hot.
