- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and honey.
- Toss until the carrots are well coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
