Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the delicata squashes in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Cut the squash into half-moon slices.
- In a bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
