- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine halved baby potatoes and broccoli florets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
