- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, heavy cream, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- In a pan, heat the red pepper sauce over medium heat.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
