- 150g mini marshmallows
- 100g mixed nuts, chopped
- 50g digestive biscuits, crushed
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Remove from heat and stir in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and crushed biscuits.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
