Delicious rose and pistachio cupcakes with a unique flavor combination.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- For frosting: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon rose water, chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in milk and rose water.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then add rose water.
- Frost the cupcakes and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Adjust rose water to taste.
- For a stronger flavor, add more pistachios to the batter.
