Ingrédients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, sugar, and milk. Mix well.
- Stir in rose water and vanilla extract.
- Add crushed pistachios and mix gently.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For a stronger rose flavor, increase rose water.
- Garnish with additional pistachios before serving.
- Let ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
