Description
Rosemary garlic steak kebabs are flavorful skewers made with tender beef marinated in aromatic herbs and garlic.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Use metal or soaked wooden skewers for grilling.
