A creamy and flavorful dip featuring chicken and Rotel tomatoes.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Rotel tomatoes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or spicy Rotel.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
