Description
Rotel dip is a creamy and spicy cheese dip made with Rotel tomatoes and cheese.

- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
- Heat over medium until the cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked ground beef, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well and heat through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using mild or spicy Rotel.
- For a vegetarian option, omit ground beef.
- This dip can be made in a slow cooker as well.
