- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Add the stuffing mix and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to use any leftover rotisserie chicken.
