Description
Rum balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with crushed cookies, cocoa, and rum.

- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add dark rum and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Place the rum balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made a few days in advance to let the flavors meld.
