A delicious treat made with rum and chocolate.

- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts in a bowl.
- Add the dark rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made a few days in advance.
