  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts in a bowl.
  2. Add the dark rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat.
  6. Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
