- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
