Ingrédients

Instructions
- Boil the beef until tender, then chop into small pieces.
- Peel and boil the potatoes and carrots.
- Grate the boiled potatoes and carrots.
- Chop the onion and pickles finely.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, and pickles.
- Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
