- 1 cup of boiled chicken, diced
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Peel and dice the boiled potatoes and carrots.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, pickles, peas, and chicken.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
